I stubbed my toe today,
In a most unpleasant way,
A wooden chair, I was moving,
And my grip, it was losing,
So it landed on my toe,
And the pain, I sure did show,
Through many expletives*,
Which I hope, the Lord forgives.
So for my toes, I'm thankful,
And for my feet, I am grateful.
I stubbed my toe today,
But now, I am OK.
*Just so you know, I didn't speak any expletives. I simply added that for the sake of the poem :)
That's a cute poem.
